Shipments

We carry out domestic and international shipments. The delivery forecast for the Peninsula is 2 to 5 working days and 4 to 8 working days for the Balearic Islands. For other shipments and shipments abroad it will depend on the shipping method and the company chosen for the order.

When you have made the payment of the order you will receive an email with the confirmation. Sometimes these messages take time to arrive, if after 2 working days you have not received a response, please contact us by email: info@aerodam360.com . In this case, we recommend that you do not place another order until we confirm that the order has been placed correctly and thus the order is not duplicated.

When your order has left our warehouse (24-48h), our logistics provider will send you an email with the information so you can know the status of the shipment.

To make the delivery of the product as comfortable as possible, deliveries are made to the address you have specified. In case you are not found at the delivery address, a notice will be left of the delivery attempt and the way to arrange delivery.

You must bear in mind that after 4 to 7 days from the first delivery attempt, and if a satisfactory response has not been obtained for delivery, the order will be returned to origin. This will entail charges to the client of € 15 in order to cover the costs of transport and packaging due to reverse logistics.

In the event that you want to cancel an order, write to us at info@aerodam360.com and we will detail the steps to follow and the refund of the amount if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, don’t worry, we’ll fix it as soon as possible!

To process a return or exchange, you must contact us by email info@aerodam360.com indicating the details of your order, as well as the reason for the return. We will answer you with the instructions to follow within a maximum period of 48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum period of 45 days.

If you want to change the product, the process is the same as for a return. You can send the product you do not want and place another order on the Website. In those cases in which the order was made during a promotional campaign and had a discount, the amount to be returned will be calculated on the refund. In the event that the requirements for the return are not met, the amount of the refund will be discounted.
